Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at Fever, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed effectively.

In Short

• Provide customer service via email, phone, and social media.
• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
• Ensure accurate and complete information is given to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
• Engage customers and take the extra mile.
• Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations.
• Work schedule from 00:00 to 06:00 am with a 30-minute break.

Requirements

• Experience in user support or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with Zendesk preferred.
• High proficiency in French and fluency in Spanish or English.
• Strong planning, organizing, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and solution-oriented professional.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Decisive and organized.
• Must reside in Spain.
