French Speaking Customer Service Agent - Remote

Overview

PeopleCert is looking for French Speaking Customer Service Agents who will be responsible for dealing and properly responding to customers’ technical or product enquiries by handling inbound and outbound international calls.

In Short

• Handle customer enquiries via chat, phone, and email.
• Ensure compliance with performance and service standards.
• Monitor and manage inbound requests.
• Work effectively in a team environment.

• Work in rotating shifts, including nights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of English and French (C2 level).
• Well organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced computer literacy required.
