Overview

As a Business Development Manager at PeopleCert, you will be responsible for developing strong pipelines and delivering new business in your territory while establishing relationships with key decision-makers.

In Short

  • Develop and nurture high-quality business relationships at the executive level.
  • Achieve maximum B2B market penetration of PeopleCert products.
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategy for the territory.
  • Implement marketing promotion activities to grow market share.
  • Design and produce marketing communication materials.
  • Monitor progress against sales targets and report to Headquarters.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions.
  • Align with core values of quality, innovation, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; post-graduate studies a plus.
  • Over 10 years' experience in business development at the corporate level.
  • Sound understanding of channel development and strategy selling principles.
  • Superb relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to the Education market or IT Consulting preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired).
  • Advanced computer literacy; experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset.
