Business Development Manager - Remote

Overview

bloXroute Labs is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our winning team. This position will play a critical role in driving business expansion and creating strategic partnerships.

In Short

• Proactively seek and cultivate new relationships with key stakeholders and potential customers to drive business growth
• Work closely with the Business team to provide support in the development of proposals, presentations and sales materials
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve sales goals
• Drive end to end sales process, from lead generations to contract negotiations to bring in new business
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships and emerging trends in the blockchain space
• Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales or related field in blockchain
• In-depth knowledge with blockchain and crypto technology as a Business Development Manager in areas of MEV, speed and performance, algo-trading, infrastructure of DeFi on EVM chains and Solana
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to simplify technical data into clear ideas
• Role requires travel 10-20%, mainly to conferences and team meetings
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
