Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing an Engineering team.
• 5+ years designing and implementing scalable backend systems.
• 3+ years of experience in Blockchain.
• 2+ years in Blockchain MEV.
• Experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBS.
• Expertise in Go language.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, independent, and a great team player.
• Ability to modify blockchain core code.
