Team Lead Software Engineering - Remote

In Short

• Lead a team of frontend and backend developers
• Ensure long-term technical health, scalability, and maintainability of software solutions
• Implement engineering best practices and ensure technical excellence
• Promote the development and growth of team members
• Identify and eliminate blockages as well as resolve conflicts within the team
• Support the Product Manager in creating, estimating, and implementing epics and user stories
• Monthly team meetings on-site

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading a team of at least 3 software developers
• Experience in developing and maintaining production-ready software solutions
• Experience with Angular
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive feedback empathetically
• Fluent in English (C1), very good German (B2)
• Experience in finance and real estate is a plus.
