In Short

• Lead a diverse and agile software engineering team of 4 - 8 engineers.
• Support a learning and coding platform for students, teachers, and our partner community.
• Work with your team, product managers, curriculum writers, and leadership to execute on technical strategies.
• Create sustainable software, balancing feature delivery and timelines.
• Manage, mentor, and support the growth of engineers on your team.
• Responsible for creating an inclusive, welcoming, and productive team culture.
• Guide the planning and execution of software projects.
• Experience in high-scale web-based software products.
• Experience in technologies like TypeScript, React, Ruby on Rails, SQL, AWS.
• Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Relevant professional software engineering experience.
• Experience in people management.
• Demonstrated experience in hiring and developing diverse teams.
• Proven ability to deliver on schedule.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience supporting high-scale web-based software products.
• Experience in technologies like TypeScript, React, Ruby on Rails, SQL, AWS.
