Overview

The Software Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development of software and drivers, ensuring successful project delivery and team growth.

In Short

Lead a team of 6-10 engineers in software development.
Ensure business deliverables are met, including new software features and hardware enablement.
Manage projects from conception to delivery.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer success.
Mentor and develop team members' careers.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in electronics engineering, computer science, or computer engineering.
5-7 years of software engineering experience, with 1-2 years in a management role.
Proficiency in C, C++, and Object-Oriented Programming.
Experience with hardware and systems programming.
Familiarity with Agile and waterfall project management tools.
Knowledge of Python scripting.
Experience in device driver development and Linux is a plus.
