Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

In Short

  • Process and confirm customer orders with 100% accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.
  • Monitor order fulfillment lifecycle using ERP tools.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints.
  • Deliver real-time updates to customers on order status.
  • Propose process improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Manage interactions with third-party logistics partners.
  • Audit freight invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain CRM records for sales opportunities.
  • Assist managers in ad-hoc tasks and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and self-starter approach.
  • Strong customer service attitude and excellent work ethic.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Advanced English level for effective communication.
  • Certification in APICS/CPIM or customer service is a plus.
