Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Nelnet, you will be responsible for responding to borrower interactions and providing follow-up on inquiries, contributing to a performance-based organization.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of student loan industry preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Listening and reading comprehension.
