Overview

As a Firstmark Services Representative II, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding consumer loan issues, ensuring data integrity, and resolving various customer needs.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries about consumer loans.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of loan servicing systems is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Problem-solving skills.
