Overview

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for providing well-defined services to patients, providers, and caregivers, ensuring effective communication and support in healthcare access.

  • Work independently from a queue system.
  • Monitor and report trends to program management.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in customer service or healthcare.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to build productive relationships.
  • Basic analytical and organizational skills.
  • General knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to exercise judgment within standard operating procedures.
  • Experience in medical billing and coding is a plus.
