Overview

The Director of IT Finance is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, performance, and operational efficiency of Global Data and Technology Services (GDATS), focusing on enterprise data analytics, infrastructure, and information security.

In Short

• Lead the development of sophisticated financial models for budgeting and forecasting.

• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of IT finance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA required.
• 10+ years of experience in financial leadership, preferably within a Fortune 10 organization.
• Expertise in advanced financial modeling tools and data analysis platforms.
• Exceptional business partnering skills and ability to influence C-suite executives.
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial and information management areas.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
