Overview

Code.org is seeking a Website Marketing Manager to support the organization’s digital engagement strategy by assisting with the management and optimization of the Code.org and CSforALL websites.

In Short

  • Assist with day-to-day management of Code.org and CSforALL websites.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and external developers for website improvements.
  • Implement UX/UI improvements based on user research.
  • Support SEO efforts and monitor website traffic using analytics tools.
  • Optimize user flows for donation and advocacy-related pages.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align web initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Manage relationships with web vendors and contractors.
  • 5+ years of experience in website management or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices and SEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or UX/UI design.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices, SEO, information architecture.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
