Overview

The Website Marketing Manager will own Wpromote’s digital front door, focusing on boosting traffic, optimizing user journeys, managing content, and improving key performance metrics.

In Short

• Manage the Wpromote website for user experience, SEO, and conversions.
• Update content and drive traffic and engagement strategies.
• Analyze and improve user journeys to enhance engagement and conversion.
• Track traffic and KPIs, implementing data-driven improvements.
• Execute the website content strategy with content creators.
• Implement and test CRO tactics like A/B testing.
• Collaborate with the Demand Generation team for performance reviews.
• Build landing pages supporting marketing initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders for cohesive digital marketing efforts.
• Prepare performance updates for leadership on site metrics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in digital marketing with a focus on website management.
• Experience in a CMS environment (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and SEO tools.
• Basic understanding of tag management and site performance tracking.
• Ability to manage and optimize websites for growth.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Solid project management skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset to turn data into actionable insights.
