To scale our impact, we’re seeking a Director of Operations & Innovation—a systems-minded, technology-forward leader who will architect the infrastructure that powers a high-performing, relationship-driven fundraising team.

In Short

• Lead the strategic evolution of donor systems including Salesforce.
• Design and implement scalable processes for stewardship and donor management.
• Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce, enhancing team effectiveness.
• Own and develop performance dashboards for measuring progress and forecasting revenue.
• Partner with fundraisers for prioritizing opportunities and coordinating execution.
• Oversee gift entry and processing in collaboration with Finance.
• Ensure data integrity and process alignment across teams.

Requirements

• 8–12 years in development operations or revenue operations.
• Strong technical fluency with Salesforce CRM.
• Strategic problem-solver with a focus on scalable design.
• Data-savvy operator with experience in building dashboards.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Passion for education and innovation.
