RAPP Chicago is looking for a Director, Technology Operations to join our award-winning Technology team, focusing on operational continuity and maintenance for our modernized marketing platform.

In Short

• Lead Operational Continuity and Maintenance for the marketing platform.
• Oversee maintenance of MarTech platform, applications, and systems.
• Manage relationships with clients and agency partners.
• Utilize best practices for application troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Establish vendor management SOPs.
• Make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Manage and mentor production support team.
• Plan and manage system upgrades and releases.
• Measure system performance health.
• Provide Service Management Metrics updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of leadership experience in IT operations.
• Experience coaching and managing production support teams.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience managing vendors and service providers.
• Proficiency in IT monitoring tools.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures.
• Proficient in Marketing Technologies and Tools.
• Open to Hybrid work schedule.
