• Lead the strategic evolution of HR systems, processes, and data analytics.
• Oversee the optimization of the HR tech stack.
• Implement scalable HR processes for employee and manager self-service.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence across HR functions.
• Drive automation efforts to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Develop a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
• Oversee a small team of HR Operations professionals.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other business leaders.
• Manage global immigration and visa processes.
• Deliver insights on key workforce trends.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR operations and technology.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with HRIS and HR technologies for organizations of 300-1000 employees.
• Proven track record of driving process automation.
• Deep analytical mindset with experience in leveraging people data.
• Understanding of HR compliance and reporting requirements.
• Experience in a multi-country, cross-cultural ecosystem.

Benefits

• Base pay range of $190,000-$225,000/year.
• Potential for additional on-target commission pay/bonus.
