Contract Manager - Remote

Overview

Movable Ink’s Legal Team is looking for a highly motivated and organized team member to manage contracts and related processes across the company and assist with other important projects critical to Movable Ink’s legal, privacy and enterprise risk management needs.

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end contracting process with an eye for improvement and optimization.
• Summarize and track key legal provisions in contracts.
• Draft and review a variety of commercial agreements.
• Partner with Sales, InfoSec and Finance to support resolution of commercial issues.
• Develop and periodically update contract playbooks.
• Train internal departments on contract processes.
• Manage and support projects critical to legal and risk management efforts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of paralegal and/or contract management experience.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce and contract management systems.
• Strong project management and record-keeping skills.
• Extremely organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Familiarity with data privacy law is a plus.
