Overview

Mark43 is seeking a Contract Manager to lead and continuously improve our contract management processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic goals.

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure contract compliance.
• Support negotiations with government customers.
• Maintain accurate records of contract status and obligations.
• Develop templates and checklists to streamline processes.
• Assist in responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Educate stakeholders on contracting best practices.
• Communicate contract-related matters to stakeholders.
• Address contract-related issues with parties involved.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through effective contract management.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in contracts management or related fields.
• Understanding of contracting principles in government environments.
• Ability to manage complex workflows.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with public-sector contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks relevant to contracting.
• Exposure to SaaS or GovTech agreements.
• Project management background is a plus.
