Overview

We are seeking a Contract Manager for our client, a forward-looking company in the field of plant engineering and energy technology.

In Short

• Review and negotiate project-related contracts focusing on economic and legal aspects
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Advise project teams on contractual matters throughout all project phases
• Manage and monitor contract adjustments in close collaboration with internal and external partners
• Oversee performance requirements and payment plans, identifying potential deviations early
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Purchasing departments to ensure smooth contract execution
• Negotiate and monitor amendments and claims
• Contribute to the introduction and optimization of contract management tools

Requirements

• Successfully completed technical or commercial studies or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in contract and claim management, preferably in plant engineering
• Structured and analytical working style, coupled with a confident demeanor and negotiation skills
• Open-minded, solution-oriented personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel within Germany
