RMS Architect - Remote

Overview

Mark43 is looking for an Architect who specializes in Records Management System (RMS) products and workflows to join our Product Architecture team, responsible for overseeing configuration, implementation, and business process analysis across public safety agencies.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of RMS implementations.
• Possess technical aptitude to configure and implement workflows.
• Translate customer business requirements into technical configurations.
• Oversee RMS implementation across workstreams.
• Establish and standardize best practices for RMS delivery.
• Facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements.
• Deliver engaging training sessions.
• Support user adoption by translating product capabilities.
• Guide change management efforts for successful product adoption.
• Identify risks and communicate project status effectively.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in product consulting or public safety technology.
• Technical experience with configurable or low-code platforms.
• Comfortable translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience delivering software implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
