In Short

• Lead project development and project teams from inception to completion
• Direct the architectural team and integrate engineering teams on projects
• Lead project documentation efforts with knowledge of contract documents
• Delegate, train, monitor progress, and conduct QA/QC
• Conduct construction observations and understand construction costs
• Maintain collaborative working relationships and assist with development of professionals
• Comfortable with technically complex projects and knowledge of codes
• Organize and lead meetings involving internal & external clients

Requirements

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of post-graduate professional experience
• Current architect license/registration
• Experience with mission critical and workplace project types
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Ability to build client relationships and manage consultant teams
• Ability to define and drive project milestones
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam
• A passion for creative and collaborative design
• Talent for balancing communication between teams and clients
