In Short

• Work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and architects.
• Design HVAC and Plumbing systems with high quality standards.
• Conduct site assessments and produce engineering reports.
• Prepare construction documents and budget estimates.

• Conduct on-site observations during construction.
• Represent Cushing Terrell in project meetings.
• Utilize software for HVAC design and calculations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (or ability to obtain).
• Proficient in Autodesk MEP Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with HVAC system design and plumbing.
• Knowledge of mechanical and plumbing building codes.
• Ability to write specifications for mechanical projects.
• Strong collaboration skills with peers and drafters.
• Experience with heating and cooling load calculation software.
• High level of client service skills.
