Architect - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and efficient Draftsperson or Architect with deep experience in retail fit-outs and rollout projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, produces builder-ready documentation with minimal supervision, and is comfortable managing multiple concurrent site designs.

In Short

• Create full construction documentation, joinery details, and builder-ready drawings with precision and speed.
• Produce high-quality renders and visualizations using Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent.
• Translate design concepts into accurate CAD and BIM outputs for quick service retail, cafés, and similar spaces.
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, accessibility, and retail-specific compliance requirements.
• Maintain organized document control and versioning, especially in multi-site rollout projects.
• Communicate proactively with team members across time zones, providing regular progress updates.
• Adapt quickly to feedback and shifting project priorities, maintaining quality under pressure.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years drafting/drawing experience in retail environments (not residential).
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Enscape).
• Strong understanding of retail-specific codes and compliance, including accessibility.
• Demonstrated ability to work fast and accurately—especially on tight turnaround times.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote team.
