In Short

• Lead project development and project teams from inception to completion.
• Direct the architectural team and integrate engineering teams on projects.
• Lead project documentation efforts with knowledge of contract documents.
• Delegate, train, monitor progress, and conduct QA/QC.
• Experience in construction observation and administration.
• Maintain collaborative working relationships and assist with the development of emerging professionals.
• Comfortable with technically complex projects and knowledge of codes and standards.
• Excellent design skills and strong technical proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Organize and lead meetings involving internal & external clients.
• Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews.

Requirements

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture.
• 5-10+ years of post-graduate professional experience as an Architect.
• Current architect license/registration; LEED accredited is a plus.
• Experience with contracting processes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to build client relationships and manage consultant teams.
• Ability to define and drive project milestones.
• Working knowledge of Revit, Project Management Software, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office suite, Bluebeam, Outlook.
• A passion for creative, collaborative, client-focused design.
• A talent for balancing communication between teams and clients.
