Remote Paralegal

In Short

• Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Paralegal.
• Provide direct support to the firm's onshore paralegal team and supervising attorneys.
• Responsible for a broad range of paralegal, legal administrative, and case support functions.
• Assist in all phases of commercial litigation, from pre-suit through trial and appeal.
• Draft and finalize legal documents including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Support the commercial collections department with a high-volume portfolio.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
• Assist with the preparation of discovery and document productions.
• Provide reliable support to reduce administrative burden and improve workflow.
• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience required.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of paralegal experience in a litigation setting.
• Experience drafting legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• Familiarity with commercial collections processes is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
