We are hiring a detail-oriented Remote Paralegal to support high-performing legal teams across international clients, offering exposure to global legal processes, contract management, and compliance support.

In Short

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys and stakeholders
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
• Organize and maintain case files, legal records, and documentation systems
• Assist with contract lifecycle management and compliance tracking
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external legal professionals
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filing schedules
• Support litigation preparation, including discovery and document review
