Remote Paralegal

Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Remote Paralegal to support a growing U.S.-based real estate law firm specializing in both commercial and residential transactions.

In Short

• Full-Time position with work hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.
• Salary of $1,000 per month.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and lease agreements under attorney supervision.
• Prepare documentation and spreadsheets for bank closings.
• Coordinate and follow up with clients, realtors, lenders, and attorneys.
• Maintain and organize transaction files, databases, and calendars.
• Manage ongoing communication with clients to gather and clarify information.
• Post professional updates on LinkedIn and assist with social media content.
• Experience in real estate law preferred.
• Must be comfortable working independently and with a remote team.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with legal software and document management tools.
• Experience in LinkedIn content posting is a plus.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently and in coordination with a remote team.
