In Short

• Draft, propound, and respond to all forms of written discovery.
• Analyze discovery responses to identify deficiencies and improper claims of privilege.
• Prepare and serve timely supplemental discovery.
• Draft and issue subpoenas for records.
• Prepare expert demands and draft expert designations.
• Assist with deposition preparation.
• Coordinate and manage document productions.
• Maintain and monitor discovery calendars.
• Assist with trial preparation related to discovery.
• Communicate professionally with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Experience as a paralegal in a litigation environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of legal documentation and discovery processes.
