Paralegal - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Paralegal who will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements including SaaS, subscription, licensing, and service contracts. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and ensure legal compliance in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, subscription, licensing, and service agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, product, compliance) to meet legal requirements
• Manage contract workflows, ensuring timely execution and proper document retention
• Coordinate with external counsel on complex or customized SaaS contracts
• Monitor contractual obligations such as renewals, deliverables, and compliance deadlines
• Provide ad hoc legal support on SaaS-related matters (NDAs, vendor agreements, DPAs)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in contract negotiation and legal compliance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SaaS agreements and regulations
• Attention to detail
