Paralegal - Remote

Overview

The Paralegal plays a critical role in ensuring the legal and procedural integrity of the organization. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, bylaws, amendments, and other corporate legal documents.

In Short

• Draft, review, and revise various contracts.
• Maintain an organized contract repository.
• Monitor contract terms and key dates.
• Facilitate the execution process of contracts.
• Assist with governance support and compliance.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Support litigation preparation if necessary.
• Respond to internal inquiries related to contracts.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Must work in a hybrid environment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of legal terminology and corporate governance.
• High degree of organization and time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with contract management tools preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies or related field.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
