Admin and Data Integrity Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Administration and Data Integrity Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Membership, Admin & Data Integrity team, providing exceptional customer service and support, and ensuring compliance with MLS rules and regulations.

In Short

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Membership, Admin & Data Integrity team.
• Serve as a point of contact for resolving customer issues.
• Manage escalations and multiple email folders.
• Conduct performance appraisals and delegate work assignments.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Monitor and suggest updates to Stellar Rules and Regulations.
• Assist with recording and approving employee hours.
• Conduct interviews for open positions.
• Work in a hybrid environment, requiring presence in the office and remote work.
• Some travel within Florida may be required.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MLS Rules and Regulations.
• Real Estate or MLS experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and mastery of proprietary software.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• Compliance experience is a plus.
