Overview

The Technical Supervisor oversees operational activities and daily work assignments of IT staff, ensuring resources are available to meet project goals and objectives while maintaining high-quality work.

• Schedule: 8a-4:30pm Monday-Friday with off-hours work as needed.
• Fully remote position in approved states.
• Oversee IT operations and daily tasks of the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in healthcare technology preferred.
• 3+ years managing a team of technical professionals.
• Hands-on experience with technology strongly preferred.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to lead projects with minimal oversight.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree required.
