Overview

As a Technical Support Tier II - Integration, your role is to troubleshoot Tier 2 issues affecting our customers, including complex reliability issues and queries related to Extended Services.

In Short

  • 2-3 years related work experience
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms and identity platform providers
  • Advanced understanding of technologies impacting 1Password products
  • Experience with Web Service integrations using REST API
  • Basic scripting ability and experience in various programming languages
  • Hands-on experience with UNIX/LINUX and Windows platforms

Requirements

  • Comfortable dealing with complex Tier 2 issues
  • Ability to support Tier 1 issues for Extended Services
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools and networking concepts
  • Preferred experience with the 1Password product
