Overview

The Supervisor, Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) oversees the daily operations of the CDI program for Health Ministries, ensuring compliance with standards and enhancing documentation quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management or related field.
• Current RN License or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of five years in clinical documentation integrity.
• Two years of supervisory experience in CDI.
• Expertise in CMS regulations and coding guidelines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Epic EMR preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
