Overview

The Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) at Trinity Health Ann Arbor is responsible for improving the integrity of clinical documentation across inpatient care settings through advanced clinical and coding expertise.

Requirements

  • Associate/Diploma Degree in Nursing or Health Information Technology.
  • Current Registered Nurse License or relevant certifications.
  • Two years of experience in Critical Care or Inpatient Care preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
  • Knowledge of coding practices and compliance.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
