Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Onboarding & Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and providing ongoing support throughout the duration of their contract.

In Short

  • Master the Platform (Develop a working knowledge of the Performance Scoring application and its white-labeled versions).
  • Gather initial client information.
  • Set up new accounts.
  • Schedule and deliver training sessions.
  • Provide initial troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and help ticket submissions.
  • Offer timely and effective solutions to client issues.
  • Work Schedule Options: 7 AM – 5PM CST or 10AM – 8PM CST.

Requirements

  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot client issues.
  • Experience in client onboarding or support roles.
  • Familiarity with performance scoring applications is a plus.
