Client Implementation Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Client Implementation Analyst is responsible for establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with our internal and external clients, ensuring a positive onboarding experience while managing implementation projects.

In Short

• Engages and builds relationships with clients.
• Ensures accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintains understanding of services to facilitate client inquiries.
• Coordinates implementation project activities.
• Documents client requests and changes in CRM.
• Reviews client contracts and coordinates with sales.
• Conducts web demos and training for clients.
• Conducts post-production reviews for client satisfaction.
• Acts as primary resource for client communications during implementation.
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience with the legal/court system preferred.
• Experience with background screening preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office required; Salesforce preferred.
• Associate degree in a related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required.
