Senior Client Implementation Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Client Implementation Analyst is responsible for establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with our internal and external clients and providing an exceptional client experience while managing the deadlines and requirements of the implementation project plan.

In Short

• Coordinates with clients to schedule the initial implementation call.
• Manages the Implementation Project queue and assigns projects.
• Works with the Sales department for correct setup.
• Partners with integrations team for customer onboarding.
• Processes client addendums according to policies.
• Maintains accuracy for critical data configurations.
• Acts as primary contact for client inquiries.
• Provides advanced problem solving and system consultation.
• Trains clients on Asurint platform and package selections.
• Conducts post-production review meetings.

Requirements

• Experience with legal/court systems preferred.
• Background screening experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
