The Senior Customer Implementation Analyst plays a crucial role in benefit coding, client and group installations, and the setup of network structures, ensuring accurate data analysis and system configuration.

  • Perform complex benefit coding and client installations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in healthcare or related field.
  • Experience in business/system analysis with logical data structures.
  • Knowledge of health insurance operations preferred.
  • Excellent detail-oriented skills.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex business rules.
