Overview

The Complex Case Manager RN - Maternity will oversee a panel of members with varying health statuses, utilizing clinical judgment and data analytics to provide appropriate interventions and support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• 7 years of clinical or case management experience required.
• Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy preferred.
• Current RN licensure in PA or multi-state licensure required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural competency.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Self-directed and able to work with moderate autonomy.
