Overview

The Complex Case Manager RN will oversee a panel of members with varying health statuses, utilizing clinical judgment and data analytics to provide appropriate interventions and support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred).
• 7 years of clinical or case management experience.
• RN license in PA, WV, DE, or NY required.
• Preferred certification in Case Management.
• Maternity and NICU experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage projects effectively.
• Understanding of healthcare costs and delivery systems.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
