Overview

The Complex Case Manager RN - Oncology is responsible for overseeing a panel of members with varying health statuses, assessing their needs, and coordinating appropriate clinical interventions to improve health outcomes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• 7 years of experience in clinical or case management roles.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Must hold an RN license in PA, WV, DE, or NY.
• Certification in Case Management is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations.
