Overview

The Complex Case Manager RN is responsible for overseeing a panel of members with varying health needs, utilizing clinical judgment and data analytics to provide appropriate interventions and support.

Requirements

  • 7 years of clinical or case management experience required.
  • RN license in PA, WV, DE, or NY required.
  • Advanced training in CBT or DBT preferred.
  • Understanding of cultural competency in healthcare.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-directed with strong organizational skills.
