Senior SAAS Customer Implementation Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior SAAS Customer Implementation Engineer, you will join the FM SaaS Customer Operations team and oversee the onboarding of new customers onto our platform, using your experience in managing customer technical implementations to improve and automate the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Formal training in Computer Science or IT.
• Experience with API technologies.
• Comfortable with writing documentation.
