Overview

As a Senior Customer Enablement Engineer, you will guide customers through their initial technical journey during onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with our technical products and services.

In Short

  • Guide new customers through the technical onboarding process.
  • Provide deep subject matter expertise on Corellium solutions.
  • Offer technical guidance on use case implementation.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Collect customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base of customer interactions.
  • Work closely with support, sales, and product development teams.
  • Expected travel under 5%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of Linux system administration, virtualization, and networking.
  • Familiarity with mobile operating systems.
  • Scripting experience is helpful.
  • Self-motivated remote worker.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and customer messaging tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
