In Short

  • Help developers get started using Ditto through how-to assets and presentations.
  • Answer questions and troubleshoot/debug on customers' environments.
  • Develop new use cases on Ditto and drive platform adoption.
  • Be the expert on best practices for developing mobile applications using Ditto.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to create a first-class experience for developers.
  • Occasional travel to meet developers in person and run workshops.

Requirements

  • Genuine desire to help people succeed with technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success engineering or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with mobile software and hardware providers.
  • Ability to read and understand stack traces.
  • Ability to write simple reproduction scripts.
