• Lead Ditto’s Accounting function through the next stage of growth.
• Own GAAP roadmap and scale internal systems.
• Manage external vendors and build a high-performing team.
• Transition core accounting operations in-house.
• Lead monthly close cadence and achieve a 10 working day close timeline.
• Establish a lightweight internal controls framework for future SOX-readiness.
• Drive automation and AI adoption across accounting operations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for the VP of Finance.
• Foster a culture of business partnership within the Accounting team.
• Build relationships across various teams.

Requirements

• CPA strongly preferred with deep understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting background with exposure to technology clients.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and equity accounting.
• Proven experience with financial statement audits.
• Strong systems orientation and experience with ERP platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance detail and strategy.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Curiosity and initiative in problem-solving.
