• Lead and unify cloud product teams at Ditto.
• Manage cloud database and product teams, including architects and senior engineers.
• Define the vision for cloud product excellence.
• Promote reliability and resilience in mission-critical software.
• Develop a cloud-native strategy for scaling products.
• Strengthen collaboration between cloud product and SRE teams.
• Ensure integration with major cloud service providers.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams of engineers.
• Align cloud capabilities with business needs.
• Establish SLOs and monitoring strategies for reliability.

Requirements

• 10+ years in cloud engineering with expertise in distributed systems.
• 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes in production.
• Experience managing teams of 15+ people.
• Strong AWS experience; GCP and Azure knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and conflict management abilities.
• Ability to transform early products into scalable systems.
• Experience managing teams through growth phases.
